Coconut Ladoo with Condensed milk:
The first time I came across coconut ladoos was in one of my friends house. It tasted heavenly.
She taught me the recipe and it was one of the easiest and tastiest sweet dish.
The entire procedure takes 10 minutes .
Even amateurs trying their hand at new things can make this at ease.
This sweet dish can be refrigerated for up to a week.
Reparation time: approx 10 minutes
- 1 cup desiccated coconut plus 3 tbsp for rolling ladoos.
- 1 cup condensed milk.
- Pistachios for decoration
- Any food color of your choice ( optional)
In a thick bottom nonstick pan add both condensed milk and desiccated coconut . Mix well.
In medium flame cook the mix. It will become thick with in 5 to 7 minutes. At this time add color of your choice.
I used lemon yellow color.
Mix well and cook for a minute.
Switch off the stove.
When warm, apply ghee on hand and make it to a small ball size.
Roll the ladoos in the remaining desiccated coconut
