Dosa with left over cooked rice.

I was having some left over cooked rice with me in the fridge. Thought of trying some difffernt breakfast using that rice. I used this left over cooked rice to make instant dosa. With in 10 minutes dosa was ready.  It came out very crispy and tasty. Within few ingredients we can easily make this dosa. I made coconut chutney as side dish. Let us see how to make this dosa.

Preparation  time approx .10 to 13 minute..
Ingredients.
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/ 4 cup dahi
  • Salt to taste.
  • Water as required.
  • Gingelly oil to make dosa.
Grind all the ingredients other than oil  till it become smooth and without lump.
Consistency of the batter is like normal dosa. Heat a non stick dosa pan. Pour a laddle full of batter  and spread it. Pour 1 tsp oil all over dosa. I used gingelly oil. Cover it with a lid and cook.  When it is done flip it. Cook the other side till it become little crispy.
Serve with tomato curry, sambar or any chutney.
