This easy tomato curry we can use for all kind of tiffins and with in 3 minutes we can make. This curry is a good option for chutney and sambar. I always make this because it’s less calories. With very few ingredients we can make this yummy curry. Let us see how to make this.
Preparation time approx 3 minutes.
6 to 8 green chillies.
Few curry leaves.
1/ 2 tsp mustard seeds.
Salt to taste.
1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
1/ 4 tsp asafoetida.
In a small pressure cooker add oil. When it is hot add mustard seeds. Let it splutter. Add green chillies, turmeric, salt,asafotedia and chopped tomatoes.
Add 1 cup of water. Pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles. If you are in hurry you can release the pressure manually. Mash the tomatoes and use.
