Instant Oats dosa

Oats are high in many vitamins and minerals. Oatmeal is very filling and may help you lose weight. We can make variety of dishes out of oats. Today I am going to give you a simple instant dosa with oats. I have not added eno or soda bicarbonate. I used rolled oats to make this dosa. You can use instant cooking oats also. Let us see how to make this simple dosa.

Preparation time approx 15 minutes.

Ingredients.

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats.

6 shallots.

1 piece ginger.

2 to 3 green chillies.

Small piece ginger .

Salt to taste.

1tbsp either riceflour/ wheat flour/ gram flour. Any one of this. ( optional)

Method.

If you are using old fashioned oats wash it nicely and soak for 10 minutes. Strain and grind with other ingredients.

Add enough water and mix well.

Heat a dosa tava and make dosa.
