Palak paneer dosa is gluten-free, healthy, easy breakfast or dinner. This dos is protein enriched, high in iron is good for weight management. You can paun this with chutney or sambar. Ingredients
1 cup tightly packed fresh palak leaves.
3 green chillies.
1 pieces ginger
Paneer cubes( according to your taste)
1 cup jowar atta
1 tbsp rice flour .
1/4 cup suji or rawa
Salt to taste
Oil to make dosa
Method.
Heat 1 liter water and put the palak leaves. Take it out immediately and put in cold water. Strain water completely and grind with green chillies and ginger .
Keep aside.
Mix jowar atta,rice flour, suji and salt. Add palak paste. Mix. Add enough water to . Make dosa consistency.
Heat tawa spread the batter. Grate the panner over it. Pour oil or ghee. Make it crispy. No need to flip the dosa.
