This sweet I learnt from Sundari Nathan another blogger. I love her recipes. I would like to share this recipe with all my friends. We can make this sweet dish with in 20 minutes. Very easy to make also.Let us see how to make this burfi.
Preparation time approx 20 minutes.
- 1/2 cup grated carrots fried in ghee
- 1/2 cup fried besan ( channa daal powder or gram flour)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 11/2 sugar
- 1/2 to 3/4 melted ghee.Method
Dry fry besan or gram flour and keepaside.
Heat a bottom thick non stick pan.
Add 2 tbsp ghee.
Now add besan, milk and sugar. Mix well and keep on stirring.
Keep on adding ghee and stir.
when it starts coming out from sides of the pan switch off the stove.
Put it in a greased tray. Cut in to pieces immediately.
If you want little more softer burfi’s add little more ghee.
