Yellow pumpkin soup
Kaddu soup is very low calorie, oil free, spicy in taste.We can have this soup for weight reducing.Let us see how to make this simple soup.
Preparation time approx.. 15 minutes.
Ingredients.
- 250 gram pumpkin cut into pieces.
- 1 onion
- 1 pod garlic
- 1 piece ginger.
- Salt
Method.
Pressure cook everything with a cup of water. Make a puree. If you need you can add little more water to adjust the consistency. Add pepper powder. Boil for few seconds.
Option .. we can garnish with fresh cream.
