Coriander leaves and peanut chutney

This gujarati style coriander and peanut chutney is a good side dish for all typles of sandwiches, dhokla, khandvi, bhajiyas ,idly , dosa etc. It svery easy to make this chutney with very few items. We can store in refrigerator for few days.Let us see how to make this all purpose chutney with in few minutes.

Preparation time approx 10 minutes

Ingredients.

  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves ( washed and tightly packed full cup).
  • 1/4 cup ground nut. ( i have not roasted. If you wish roast and take out skin)
  • 5 green chillies. ( vary according to your taste)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice.
  • 1 pod of garlic. ( optional)
  • salt to taste.

Method.

Wash the coriander leaves and chop them.

Put green chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice,salt and little water in a mixer and grind this very smoothly. Now add the ground nuts. Grind it coarsely.

Take out and store.
