I saw this recipe in one food channel. Stuffed capsicum is very easy to make. Since it is baked very healthy also. We can have this with roti or even as an evening snack. Let us see how to make this simple healthy snack.
Preparation time approx. 50 minutes.
- 2 boiled mashed potatoes.
- 6 small paneer cubes
- 1 chopped onion.
- 1tsp oil.
- 1/ 2 tsp Italian seasoning.
- 1tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Cut the capsicum in to cup shape or if it is small in size cut the top and scoop out the seeds.
Crumble the paneer and keep aside.
Heat the oil saute ginger garlic paste for few seconds til the raw smell goes. Then add onion. Add mashed potatoes, herbs,pepper powder.mix well. Mix the crumbled paneer.
Brush little oil on capsicum.
Fill the masala in capsicum.
Preheat oven on 250 degree.
Arrange capsicum in a baking tray. Bake on 250 degree for 10 minutes. Then reduced the heat to 180 degree. Bake for another 10 to 25
Minutes.or till the top turn in to brown colour.
