Cauliflower curry without onion garlic.

Cauliflower curry is a simple , delicious and easy to make side dish without onion and garlic. It goesw well with rice, roti, dosa and any other tiffins. I have added cooked moong daal for more healthier way. With in 15 minutes we can make this curry. Let us see how to make this delicious curry.

Preparation time approx 15 minutes.

Ingredients.

2 cups of cauliflower florets. ( cut in to medium size)

1/4 cup cooked yellow moong daal.

1 mediumm size tomato.

4 green chillies. ( adjust accorsing to your taste)

1/2 tsp turmeric powder.

3 tbsp grated fresh coconut.

salt to taste.

1 tbsp oill

1/2 tsp jeera

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

few curry leaves.

Method.

Wash the cauliflower and cook with 1 cup of water. Add turmeric powder chopped tomato, green chillies and salt. Cook. Make sure cauliflower is firm it should not be mushy. Now add cooked mashed moong daal. Make a paste of grated fresh coconut adding little water. Mix it in to the curry. If you want add little more water to get the correct consistency. Boil for 1 minute and switch off the stove.

Heat little oil. Add mustard seeds. Let it splutter. Add jeera and chopped curry leaves. Pour this over the gravy.

Serve with rice, roti, dosa, idly or any tiffin.
