One of the traditional evening snack which is very healthy, very popular from Tamilians.
I have never tasted this snack being from southern Kerala till my marriage . My in laws are from palakkad. I have tasted this snack after marriage only. I loved this.My husbands grand mother used to make this. But slightly different method. She used to soak the rice and grind it then fermented it and make the mor kuz. Once fermented no need of buttermilk. But fermentation need time. We cannot make it immediately.. Mor means buttermilk in tamil. This snack is a mix of buttermilk and rice flower with some seasonings.
