Dates cup cake
A healthy version of sweet for diet conscious people.
I have not used egg, sugar, butter and baking powder
If you are a sweet lover, can add jaggery or brown sugar . I have not tried with sweetener.
- 1 cup warm milk
- 15 seedless dates
- 1 cup self rising flour( not all purpose or maida)
Soak the dates in warm milk around 1 hour . Paste this using a mixer.
Sieve self rising flour.
Mix both dates batter and self rising flour without lumps.
Preheat over for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Pour the mixer in a greased baking tray. Decorate the top with date pieces.
Bake around 25to 30 minutes
Insert a tooth pick and check. If tooth pick comes out clear then you cup cake is ready.
