Kathirikka means Brinjal in tamil. Today i am giving you the recipe for masala powder to stuff in side the brinjal or ennai kathirikka podi. There are many different method to powder this masala. I tried this traditional method of powder to stuff the brinjal for making stuffed kathirikka and ennai kathirikka and podi potta kathirikka. More than that we can use this powder for any other vegetables. We can stuff this in Bindi or ladies finger or sprinkle little masala powder when we are making potato, taro, raw banana, carrot, beetroot or any other vegetables.
We can store this powder in fridge for 2 or 3 months. Let us see how to make this multi purpose powder.
