Verumarisi adai with foxtail millet and moringa leaves.

Verum arisi adai means dosa with out daals using rice and coconut making dosa. Instead of rice I used foxtail millet.

Millets are gluten-free and good for healthy diet and weight loss. We can have this dosa for breakfast or dinner.

Moringa leaves/ drumstick leaves are high in vitamin c , protein, iron etc. It is good for weight loss.

There is no need of fermentation.

Let us see how to make this healthy dosa.

Preparation time approx 15 minutes.

Ingredients.

1 cup foxtail millet.

1/3 cup grated coconut.

1 cup moringa leaves. ( tightly packed cup).

Salt to taste.

Method.

Soak the daal at least 7 to 8 hours. Wash thoroughly.

Grind this along with coconut. Add salt.

Mix washed,cleaned moringa leaves .

Make dosa.
