Airfried Roasted Chick peas.

The high Fibre and protein content in chickpeas promotes weight loss. They keep you fuller for longer time.

I always love to have some snack with my evening tea. I tried roasted Chick peas in airfryer. Without any guilt we can have this. I used only 1 tsp olive oil to make this.

Let us see how to make this in airfryer instead of deep frying.

Preparation time approx.20 to 25 minutes baking.

Soaking time over night.

Ingredients.

1 cup chickpea.

1 tsp red chili powder.

1/ 2 tsp salt.

1/2 tsp black salt.

1/4 tsp amchur powder..

1 tsp chilli powder.

Little chat masala.

1 tsp olive oil.

Method.

Soak the channa overnight. Clean the channa well . Add 2 cups of water salt and pressure cook till done. Do not overcook. Strain the water and spread this on a towel or tissue paper. Let this become dry.Apply 1 tsp oil and mix well.

Preheat the airfryer for 3 minutes on 200 degree Celsius. Now spread the Chick peas and bake for 20 minutes. After each 5 minutes remove the tray and shake well.

After 20 minutes it will become crispy. If you need you can keep 3 more minutes for crispness.

Mix all dry ingredients and spread on channa and mix well.
