Today I am going to give you a healthy soup recipe without adding butter, ghee or oil. I used yellow pumpkin, onions,garlic,tomato and carrots. We can take this soup for dinner with some salads. It will take 10 minutes to make this. Let us see how to make this.
Preparation time approx 5 to 10 minutes.
1 cup off yellow pumpkin ( cut in to pieces)
Half big onion or 10 shallots.
1/4 cup carrots ( cut in to pieces)
1 small tomato
1/2 tsp pepper powder.
Wash and strain the vegetables. Put everything in a pressure cooker. Add 1 cup of water. Add required salt. Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Let the pressure go naturally.
Open the cooker and mash the soup with a beater or grind this in mixi. Add required water to get correct consistency.
Add pepper powder.
