Baked cutlet
One of the healthy evening snack with few veggies ,added few masala’s,no onion no garlic and very easy to make.Enjoy the cutlet with a hot cup of coffee or tea.

Preparation time 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 big size potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1 grated beetroot
- 1 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp oil.
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped dhaniya leaves
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Method
In a non stick pan add oil. When it is hot add grated beetroot.fry till the raw smell goes.
Add mashed potato. Mix well. Add red chilly powder, Garam masala and salt.Saute the mixer for a minute.Divide the mixture into equal portions.Make round balls. press the balls to get round shape.
(Make in to shapes of your choice.)
Mix l tbsp corn flour in water. It should be a thin batter like consistency.
Dip the cutlet in this paste.
Roll the cutlet in bread crumbs.
Pre heat oven
Arrange the cutlets in a dish
Bake at 220 degree. For 20 minutes. Flip the other side. Again bake it till the top is baked.
